No.RERC/Secy./Reg./30   : In exercise of powers conferred on it by Section 10 read with Section 57 of the Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Act, 1999 (Act No.23 of 1999), Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following regulations, namely:

1. Short Title and Commencement:

(1) These regulations shall be called the “ Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees for Petitions)(Amendment) Regulations, 2004.

(2)These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. Amendment:

In the Schedule of Fee structure to the RERC (Fees for petitions) Regulations, 2000, the expression “Sr. no. 3, Fee for appeals under Section 127 to the Appellate Authority – Rs. 500” shall be deleted.
