Jaipur, 4^th August ,2004

No. RERC/Secy/ Reg. 28 - In exercise of powers conferred by section 42 read with section 181 of the Electricity Act 2003 (Act 36 of 2003), the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission makes the following regulations, namely:

1.      Short title, applicability and commencement

(1)  These regulations shall be called

‘The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission
(Amendment in Terms and Conditions for Open Access) Regulations, 2004’.

(2)  These regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official gazette.

2.      Amendments

In the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) Regulations, 2004, the following amendment shall be made, namely:

In clause 19(1), the words ‘and short term’ shall be added after the words ‘long term’.
